My Fish Sausage

Fish Sausage is a foreign term when it comes to sausages. This superb gourmet cajun delicacy is a one-of-a kind product. This fish sausage was developed in 1992 for persons who were not able to tolerate meat or those that preferred a pescatarian or vegan lifestyle.

This product has no preservatives and is an all natural wholistic product. It is packaged in one pound casings, in mild or hot flavor. It has been certified and ready for distribution.
